Land of the Future: Building Bridges Between Agriculture, Innovation and Investment
At Neo Ventures, we believe that meaningful progress happens when diverse stakeholders come together around shared challenges and opportunities. Over the past months, we have been actively supporting initiatives that connect entrepreneurs, investors, innovators, institutions and local communities across a variety of sectors.
One of our latest initiatives, Land of the Future, brought this vision to life through an engaging discussion focused on sustainable agriculture, biodiversity, food security, technology, and the future of food systems.
Hosted by Neo Ventures and Istinski Med, the event gathered farmers, beekeepers, investors, business leaders, experts, and organizations committed to creating a more resilient and sustainable agricultural ecosystem in Bulgaria.
A key focus of the discussion was the critical role of pollinators and bees in supporting biodiversity, agricultural productivity, and long-term food security. Participants explored the growing challenges facing pollinator populations and highlighted the importance of collective action to protect these essential contributors to healthy ecosystems.
Beyond environmental sustainability, the event also examined the future of agricultural investment and innovation. Discussions covered emerging technologies, opportunities for entrepreneurship, sustainable production models, and the importance of creating conditions that encourage long-term growth within the sector.
What made the event particularly valuable was the diversity of perspectives represented around the table. By bringing together stakeholders from business, agriculture, investment, and civil society, the conversation demonstrated how collaboration can generate practical solutions, new partnerships, and shared opportunities for impact.
As global challenges continue to reshape food production and environmental stewardship, initiatives such as Land of the Future serve as important platforms for dialogue, innovation, and community building.
We would like to thank all participants, speakers, and partners who contributed their expertise, ideas, and commitment. The conversations initiated during the event reaffirmed our belief that sustainable development is not the responsibility of a single sector—it is a shared mission that requires cooperation, innovation, and long-term vision.
At Neo Ventures, we remain committed to supporting initiatives that connect people, ideas, and capital in pursuit of a more sustainable and prosperous future.
