He holds a B.S. with Honors from ICADE (Madrid) & Northeastern University as well as a Masters in Finance from LBS (London). He started his career in asset management industry during the rise and burst of the dot-com bubble. Later, he joined the internet industry as a finance & strategy director for a leading e-tailer in Spain during a period of exponential growth and gained experience in the fields of data analysis, pricing and commercial strategy. A decade ago Álvaro joined a top 5 global media agency as finance leader of its agency network, involved in global client  management, profitability analysis, performance measurement and resource allocation. He is focused on commercial finance and manages financial negotiations, revenue and risk assessment with key global clients as well as global new business activities for the group out of Madrid.
