Pavel has 2 decades of experience in entrepreneurship and principal investing. He is co-founder of NEVEQ I and II, two institutional VC funds, backed by Europe’s most significant fund investors and family offices. Pavel backed over 30 startups and exited successfully 10 of them. He is a co-founder of Sofica Group, acquired by TeleTech. His corporate career was in finance, with Microsoft in Redmond and with Deutsche Bank in London and Sofia. Pavel with honors from Northeastern University, studied French at the Sorbonne and neuroscience at Vrije University. He is a hacker by soul, has 3 advanced sports qualifications and admires Sadhguru.
Deyan is an experienced finance professional and a serial entrepreneur. He has built expertise in fast moving consumer goods, technology and telecommunications, energy, general industry and agricultural sectors, as a CFO and board member. His experience as a corporate finance advisor includes more than €300 million in completed M&A transactions and over than €200 million in financing transaction. He is the founder and CEO of a successful debt management business, providing unique market solution to more than 50 institutional clients.
As a project manager Gal helps implementing the work-stream associated with the start-up projects.
With 6+ experience in digital products and project management and 30+ websites, applications and digital platforms behind her back, she is the person in charge to bring together business, technology, and user experience. Gal is an all-around team player with extensive experience in business and software project management, client communication and process management.
Part of her experience as a project manager includes development and building of the unique visual experiences for high profile projects but she also like to get her hands dirty on technical stuff. Gal has been instrumental in utilising traditional and new technologies to deliver disruptive innovation and hacking growth with smart integration of third party resources (APIs, open source solutions, crowd engagement). As a stickler for details, she has been responsible for getting all priority tasks done, on time and to budget, to ensure that the project meets business and user needs. Gal’s practical and agile approach is all about being responsive and interactive to get what’s essential done as soon as possible.
Through her engagement with start-ups, particularly through her 4 years of experience in one of the top Bulgarian digital agencies, Gal has developed entrepreneurial spirit and strong desire to create sustainable business solutions along with indepth experience of meeting the demands of entrepreneurs from different industries around the world.

With 20+ years of experience, Álvaro Millán is a seasoned finance practitioner who specializes in commercial and strategic finance. He holds a B.S. with Honors from ICADE (Madrid) & Northeastern University as well as a Masters in Finance from LBS (London). He started his career in asset management industry during the rise and burst of the dot-com bubble. Later, he joined the internet industry as a finance & strategy director for a leading e-tailer in Spain during a period of exponential growth and gained experience in the fields of data analysis, pricing and commercial strategy. A decade ago Álvaro joined a top 5 global media agency as finance leader of its agency network, involved in global client management, profitability analysis, performance measurement and resource allocation. He is focused on commercial finance and manages financial negotiations, revenue and risk assessment with key global clients as well as global new business activities for the group out of Madrid.
Ben Matheson spent over 15 years in leading technology companies such as Amazon Web Services, VMWare, Microsoft and Oracle, where he is currently responsible for the North America marketing team across technology and applications businesses. Previously he was the chief marketing officer of AlertLogic, leading the marketing and branding efforts across all marketing functions at the company. During his tenure at AWS, Ben also launched the AWS Partner Network program and grew its global ecosystem to over 8,000 partners. He and Pavel both graduated from Northeastern University and worked at Microsoft where Ben spent nine years in a variety of marketing, business development and product management positions. Ben is based in Seattle.
Dani Essindi Behrendt
Dani is a global executive with an entrepreneur with a founder mindset who likes to create amazing products and build great companies. He works simply great with engineering and R&D teams to deliver magical products with market fit: connects the dots, fills the gaps, moves the needle. Besides his MBA and his impressive expereince as a former strategic person in Apple , Dani has a strong passion for media and technology. He is a corporate strategic investor, tech scout and next-gen car guy. Dani has 5 patents issued and multiple exits achieved.

Ivan Ivanov leads engineering teams at Facebook, tackling some of the hardest problems in the World. Over the years he has worked for Google and Amazon, on problems ranging from the Google Search backend, to the recommendation systems on Amazon’s retail website. In the process he has filed several patents. In his spare time he speaks at leading universities, judges hackathons, and shares his experience. Ivan founded his first startup at the tender age of 9, organizing the kids in the neighborhood to collect aluminum cans for candy. In later years he became a competitive programmer and was a member of a national team in informatics. Ivan has been exposed to some of the most difficult problems in technology such as AI, distributed systems, advanced algorithms, and of course people.
